Before you send it
- Attach the evidence rather than describing it: dated captures of each page, and the page source if images are served from your own content delivery network.
- Send it where the platform currently says to. Agent addresses move, and a notice sent to a stale one is a notice nobody reads.
- Expect your contact details to reach the other party. That is standard for intellectual property notices.
